Job Title: Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Location: Trowbridge area to start with, some travel around sites nationwide will be required

Day Rate: 350-400 per day depending on experience (CIS or limited company)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our busy and successful client working on their sites around the UK, starting in Trowbridge.

Key Requirements:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering projects
*

Strong background within civil engineering
*

Experience across any civils sector will be considered
*

Strong commercial and contractual understanding
*

Comfortable taking ownership and working with senior management
*

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities:

Managing commercial activities across civil engineering projects
*

Cost control, forecasting and reporting
*

Contract administration and commercial risk management
*

Working closely with site teams and senior management
*

Developing commercial processes and best practice
*

Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and supply chain partners
