Salary: £65,000-£80,000 + Package

Location: Manchester - Jobs nationwide



For this role you must possess:

* Proven QS experience within commercial fit out.
* Strong main contractor background, ideally Tier 1.
* 3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience.
* Strong Design & Build and procurement experience.
* Experience managing projects through to final account.
* Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
* Entrepreneurial, proactive and commercially minded.
* Strong client, subcontractor and supplier management skills.
* SME experience highly desirable.
* Full UK Driving Licence.

Duties

* Manage commercial delivery of projects ranging from £200k-£15 million.
* Manage budgets, forecasts, valuations, variations and final accounts.
* Procure and manage subcontractor packages.
* Negotiate subcontractor quotations, variations and accounts.
* Identify commercial risks, opportunities and cost savings.
* Upsell additional services and identify solutions that generate revenue.
* Identify opportunities within existing projects and client relationships.
* Develop client relationships and help secure future work.
* Work closely with pre-construction, design, procurement and delivery teams.
* Support value engineering and buildability reviews.
* Contribute to wider business growth and commercial development.

Sector Experience

* Commercial fit-out experience essential.
* Design & Build main contractor experience essential.
* Tier 1 experience preferred.
* CAT A and CAT B office fit-out experience highly desirable.
* Projects ranging from £200k-£15 million.
* Nationwide project experience preferred.
