A leading M&E contractor is strengthening its delivery leadership team as it mobilises new projects and builds on a strong, secured pipeline of work across the region. As part of this continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the team.

The business delivers end-to-end mechanical and electrical solutions across commercial, industrial, and public sector projects, from early design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.

The Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of electrical packages across a range of commercial and industrial construction projects, while supporting the development of your teams and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

What You'll Be Doing

*

Lead site and project teams, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards.
*

Manage project budgets, programmes, reporting, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
*

Oversee variations and tender additional works where required.
*

Provide technical support to clients and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
*

Mentor and develop project teams, driving performance and professional growth.
*

Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
*

Support commercial, design, procurement, and delivery coordination across multiple contracts.

What You'll Bring

*

Qualified Electrical Engineer or equivalent industry qualification.
*

Technically sound and professionally trained Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager.
*

Extensive experience delivering commercial and industrial electrical projects.
*

Proven track record of successfully managing projects valued in excess of £1 million.
*

Strong experience managing project teams, subcontractors, programmes, and commercial performance.
