Site Manager

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for a new-build retail unit project, running through to February 2027.

The project involves a steel frame structure, with associated cladding works and general construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.
* Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
* Monitor programme, quality, and site progress.
* Coordinate trades and ensure works are completed on schedule.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or retail construction projects.
* Experience with steel frame structures and cladding works.
* Strong organisational, communication, and health and safety skills.
* Relevant site management qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid).

Duration: Immediate start through to February 2027.
