Salary: £350-£400 per day, depending on experience (CIS, paid weekly)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Civils Project Manager to join a project in Stockport, specialising in precast concrete and water infrastructure.

The project is scheduled to start on 30th November, but the successful candidate can start earlier, with work available ahead of the main project commencement. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager seeking a substantial run of work over the next 4-5 months.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Civils Project Manager
*

Experience with precast concrete and water infrastructure projects preferred
*

SMSTS certification preferred
*

Valid UK right to work
*

References required

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations
*

Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and project activities
*

Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with project specifications
*

Monitor progress, quality and programme deadlines
*

Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders
*

Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
