Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 2-month project in Bristol. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civils, ideally combined with experience in district heating and/or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor
*
Strong civils/construction background
*
District heating or heat network experience highly desirable
*
Some M&E experience, particularly mechanical services, pipework or plant
*
Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades
*
Good understanding of site health & safety requirements
*
SMSTS and CSCS
*
Experience with testing, commissioning and handover would be advantageous
*
Knowledge of CIBSE CP1 / district heating best practice desirable
Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations and site teams
*
Coordinate civils, mechanical and electrical activities
*
Manage subcontractors and site operatives
*
Monitor programme, progress and quality
*
Ensure RAMS, permits and site documentation are maintained
*
Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance
*
Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers and client representatives
*
Oversee district heating pipework and associated infrastructure
*
Assist with testing, flushing, commissioning and handover
*
Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications and relevant standards
