Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sub Agent with a strong Civil Engineering background to join a Main Contractor delivering a major project in Doncaster.

This is a long-term opportunity, offering up to 5 years of work with the potential for an ongoing requirement beyond the initial project. The successful candidate will support the project delivery team, with a particular focus on civil engineering, coordination and QA/QC.

The role is predominantly office-based, working closely with the project and site management teams. Further work is expected to follow in Chesterfield and Sheffield, providing an excellent long-term pipeline.

Key Requirements:

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
*

Previous experience as a Sub Agent, Assistant Sub Agent, Site Engineer or similar
*

Strong civil engineering background
*

Experience working for a Main Contractor
*

Good understanding of QA/QC processes and documentation
*

Strong organisational and communication skills
*

Ability to work effectively within a project delivery team
*

BESS, energy, infrastructure or major civil engineering experience would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

*

Supporting the delivery of civil engineering works
*

Coordinating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and site teams
*

Assisting with planning and monitoring project works
*

Managing and maintaining QA/QC documentation
*

Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements
*

Reviewing and maintaining project records
*

Supporting the wider project management and engineering team
*

Assisting with the coordination of subcontractors and site activities
