Experience:

* Extensive construction industry experience with at least 5 years working as a Site Manager
* Proven track record delivering lift refurbishment, M&E upgrade, commercial refurbishment or live environment projects
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installations, health & safety requirements, permit-to-work systems and quality control procedures within live retail or commercial environments

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of refurbishment works to a retail goods lift within a live shopping centre. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures, and maintaining programme and quality standards throughout the project. Previous experience delivering lift refurbishment, M&E upgrade or commercial refurbishment projects within occupied or live operational environments is highly desirable.
