Role Overview:

We're looking for experienced Working Supervisors to join a permanent team working across projects throughout the North West.

This is a hands-on position for someone who can lead from the front, manage site teams effectively and isn't afraid to get stuck in on site.

A Manchester-based candidate would be ideal, with projects potentially covering areas including Blackburn, Preston and Blackpool.

The majority of the work will focus on Heavy Civils and Tunnelling, so recent experience in these areas is highly desirable.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience as a Working Supervisor
*

Strong Heavy Civils, Tunnelling or Water Civils background
*

Recent experience working on relevant civils projects
*

Comfortable managing and motivating site teams
*

Hands-on approach to site work
*

North West based, ideally around Manchester
*

Reliable and safety-conscious
*

Relevant tickets and qualifications are desirable but not essential

Responsibilities:

Supervising and managing site teams
*

Leading by example and maintaining a hands-on approach

Ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently
*

Supporting the delivery of Heavy Civils and Tunnelling projects
*

Managing day-to-day site activities
*

Ensuring work is completed to the required quality and programme

Maintaining strong health and safety standards
