Role: Site Manager

Pay: £270.00 per day

Location: Manchester City Centre

Start: Mid September

Length: 45 weeks

Requirements:

* Fit Out & Refurbishment experience, ideally within high-end residential projects
* Trade background
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* CSCS Managers Card
* Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and site management

Responsibilities:

* Reporting to and working closely with the Contracts Manager
* Procore / Breadcrumb Experience
* Lead the day-to-day running of a high-end refurbishment project consisting of 7 luxury apartments in Manchester City Centre
* Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and deliveries to maintain the project programme
* Carry out site inductions and ensure all operatives comply with Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements
* Review RAMS and issue permits where required
* Monitor progress against the construction programme and assist with short-term and weekly look-ahead planning
* Maintain high-quality standards throughout all aspects of the refurbishment
* Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily records, work orders, purchase orders and RFIs
* Coordinate inspections, handovers and sign-offs to ensure allocated areas are completed to the required standard
* Maintain clear communication with the project team and report progress, issues and programme risks
