Job Title: Civils Site Manager - Highways Paving & Surfacing Project

Location: Shipley

Salary: £250 - £300 per day CIS

* Firm completion deadline ahead of the Christmas period to minimise disruption.

Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee a highways paving and surfacing project in Shipley. This is a busy role requiring strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience managing highways or civil engineering projects.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in busy town centre or public-facing environments is advantageous.
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
* NRSWA or Temp works card advantageous
* Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day site operations.
* Coordinate paving and surfacing works.
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.
* Liaise with local businesses and shop owners to minimise disruption.
* Manage subcontractors and site teams.
* Maintain site records and ensure compliance with health & safety requirements.
