Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to oversee the successful delivery of a civil engineering project in Stowmarket. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects
*

Strong knowledge of site management and construction processes
*

Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
*

Good understanding of health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures
*

Excellent communication and organisational skills
*

Relevant CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications preferred

Responsibilities:

*

Manage daily site activities and coordinate project delivery
*

Supervise site teams and subcontractors
*

Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
*

Monitor quality, progress, and project costs
*

Maintain site records and reporting
*

Liaise with clients, engineers, and the wider project team
