* Manage the Mechanical and Electrical commercial delivery from pre-contract to final account
* Control costs, valuations, and variations
* Visit sites to support delivery
* Experienced in Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying / Estimating (retail preferred)
* Organised, proactive, and confident
* Comfortable travelling Nationally
