The Project

As an experienced and knowledgeable Mechanical Foreman, you will oversee a small team delivering mechanical packages on a refurbishment project in the North West. You will ensure the successful installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical and fire safety systems. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating resources, providing technical direction, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the project.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SSSTS
* CSCS Card

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Demonstrated experience of working in a similar position delivering mechanical packages on new build / refurbishment projects with values exceeding £5m
* An extensive background within the industry with at least 3 years of experience operating in a Mechanical Foreman position or similar

* Proficient in diagnosing and fixing mechanical faults swiftly to avoid delays and maintain operational efficiency
* In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and machinery installation and maintenance
