The Company
A well-established Commercial Fit Out contractor based in Manchester, operating nationwide with over 20 years of industry experience. Known for delivering high-quality refurbishments and fit outs with a strong pipeline of repeat business.

The Role
You'll support nationwide commercial fit out and refurbishment projects by preparing accurate estimates and cost plans, ensuring budget alignment, and contributing to successful project delivery.

Key Duties:

* Prepare estimates from client specs, drawings, and site visits
* Manage tender submissions including labour, material & subcontractor costs
* Calculate labour and material requirements for project timelines
* Conduct site visits for measurements and assessments
* Obtain supplier/subcontractor quotes
* Guide budgets during design and planning
* Suggest cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
* Maintain estimate documentation
* Identify cost risks and propose solutions
* Collaborate with teams to meet project budgets

Requirements:

* Estimating experience in construction or fit out
* Strong numerical & analytical skills
* Familiarity with subcontractor/supplier pricing
* Full UK driving license preferred



Pay: £38,000.00-£42,500.00 per year
